Ladies, it’s officially time to pull out your beakers and microscopes. And your paint brushes.

Welcome to The Arts and Sciences Issue, and a return to wholeness. Unlike anything else on the market, this is the issue in which we build on the radical premise that a woman was never meant to choose between being thoughtful or beautiful and both shaping her mind and the world.

Rather than reacting to culture and all the latest trends and noise, we want you to become anchored in the Truth and inspired to be a woman who is observant, copious, refined, and expresses your formation through your home, closet, and passions.

We’re highlighting women who exhibit this well in tangible ways, first and foremost with viral content creator and global leader Julie Helms, who shares how she’s rewriting the script on feminine leadership, grounded not in noise or dominance, but in the steadiness of her well-formed character. She melds business and hosting with her home, which she sees as an extension of her calling. She has encouraging wisdom to share with you.

We also hear from McKinley Czop, the creator behind @thesignofwoman, as she defines femininity without the stereotypes.

A seasoned photographer shares ways to help you prepare for upcoming events where you’ll step in front of the camera, and we hear a special word from our resident Italian writer, sharing about what Audrey Hepburn pursued in her move to Italy– The Sweetness of Life.

This issue is 30% longer than any others we’ve published, with practical guidance on how to create a personal encyclopedia in the form of the ancient practice of a Commonplace book, emphasis on analog practices, home and lifestyle spreads, style frameworks, and invitations to your own classical education. I hope to share with you the habit of collecting ideas well, training your perception, and self-education in a way that isn’t sterile or overly academic.

Inside, you’ll find how to cultivate a well-rounded life, which, honestly, is the most persuasive argument for Truth of all.

We are grateful for the partnership and collaboration of our features and guest writers, who we will be highlighting over the coming weeks as they provide a lens through which a woman shapes the world by standing apart as a tastemaker, legacy builder, and, yes, scientific artist.

This is the guidance I wish I’d had as a young student, trying to discern her calling and searching for women in the media worthy of admiration. It was difficult to find. Until now! Every woman of any age will find practical guidance in these pages.
