Purchases and fulfillment
Current prices, shipping charges, and preorder release dates are shown on product pages and at checkout. Orders are fulfilled every Tuesday. A tracking link is provided when your order is fulfilled. Product-specific preorder dates apply. Holiday fulfillment remains unchanged.

Subscriptions and cancellation
Any subscriber may request cancellation by emailing hello@theswishcompany.com. Include the email associated with your subscription. Gift subscriptions include three quarterly editions: the current seasonal issue when purchased, followed by the next two quarterly issues, released approximately three months apart.

Returns and refunds
Refunds are unavailable on received items without a return. Email hello@theswishcompany.com for return instructions. A return does not automatically guarantee a refund.

Membership and seasonal contentMembers can expect pre-recorded segments in place of live sessions through February 2027, offering flexible viewing around holiday plans and family time. The digital Advent calendar is coming November 27, 2026.
