A recent study found that 46% of people below the age of 25 say they are stressed or anxious all the time- women effected by far more than men (53% vs. 39%).

Sure, this could have to do with a recent worldwide pandemic, political and economic unrest, rampant inflation, need I go on?

And this is not because Gen Z is a "lazier" generation. Our world has changed rapidly all our lives. We don't know life without the internet, and most of our life is online. We've never known a way without it. Social and societal constructs are rapidly changing, and overall, the education we are given is insufficient for what we're facing in the real world. It's no wonder the percentage of those of us struggling with stress and anxiety isn't higher.

Money making isn't the same it was two decades ago-- people are making livings by passive income, posting photos, and new technology, and they make it look easy.

Our generation yearns for something authentic. Something real. And most of all, something meaningful.

And the matrix is cracking. We try and post authentic, raw content in the hopes of creating vulnerability. But still, we are met with mainstream chaos-- luring us back in.

When was the last time you saw a mainstream magazine that didn't have a celebrity, PR

stunt, or commercialized ad on the front cover? Covergirl, Vogue, Cosmopolitan, etc. all aren't really out to share truly good content or personally improve you as a person, but get you to purchase something.

Victorias Secret by Jax is a great song about this. Well it's not great musically, but it makes some good points about how womanhood has become a cash-cow.

And that's not to say capitalism isn't great-- its the best! But there's a lot of manipulation leading to overwhelming anxiety and stress in our generation.

I felt exactly this way, until I discovered Elegance.

I am not saying the solution is to buy a poodle, stalk around a hoity toity country club and wear only pearls while staring down at the world- that's a totally wrong understanding of the definition of elegance!

Elegance is actually a powerful approach to life with a solution that is surprisingly simple, creating a life that is, "artfully crafted, emotionally engaging, profoundly intelligent".

When I say simple, you may think I am encouraging a life without things. You may think of the "voluntary simplicity" movement of the PNW in the 90's or the whitewashed trend of minimalism that's been so popular of late. But rather than just getting rid of things, or canceling ideas in the hopes of finding peace- this is a much more tactical approach.

Elegance is much more than Minimalism when it comes to simplicity, it is the "chess to its checkers".

Elegance can be defined as: achieving far more with much less. A widely sought after quality that is narrowly achieved.

Just as diamonds become more valuable not by additional material, but by the way it is cut, women become more defined, confident, and brilliant with the power of elegance.

Elegance is the great "ah-ha"... that feeling when the puzzle piece finally fits, when the dress is altered just right, just the right amount of flavoring in a dish...it is peace of mind, confidence, and can change our approach to life forever.

So you may be wondering how we get to this place of ah-ha, and that's why I started this site.

Here we follow the steps to Elegance; symmetry, seduction, subtraction, and sustainability.

Just like the perfect cocktail, it is with just the right amount of each ingredient, an alluring presentation, refined characteristics, and a tried and a true taste that make you want to sip all over again, that the power of elegance shines.

These four rules are your cocktail, and ones to live by in dress, manner, work, creativity, and every day life. It is by applying these four steps that women like Audrey Hepburn, The Princess of Wales (both Diana and Catherine), Grace Kelly and even Zendaya have become timeless, established and left a legacy.

And it's also why I believe others like Kim Kardashian and Meghan Markle have missed the mark. There is more to this allure than their physical beauty-- it is elegance.

And elegance can be really fun, too!

By rejecting the unsustainable life modern culture feeds us, and embracing timeless tools that will drive us towards our true callings, in 2023 young women no longer have to be muddled in chaos, and anxiety inducing confusion from mainstream media, social media, or cultural fears of "fitting in". With elegance, you can stand out, and people will want to know you, promote you, and follow you.

On this site we explore just how to do that.
